Rooms & prices
In every room there are two single beds that can be put together.
Check-in is posible from 16.00 and check-out is before 12.00. We ask 30 euro/room for an early check-in and/or a late check-out.
In case of occupancy of the rooms by one person or the appartment by two or three persons, there's a discount of 10 euro/person/night.
The inside of the finca is completely non-smoking, smoking is allowed outside of course.
Pets are not allowed.
Wifi is available throughout the finca.
Room "Zuid-Amerika"
Quite spacious room (16m²) in the main house with two single beds, ensuite bathroom (4m², with double shower, sink and toilet) and a dressing room (3m²). The room has air-conditioning and wifi.
In this room, we also have the possibility to add a single bed (+25 Euro)
or a baby-bed (no extra charge).
Room "Afrika"
Room (13m²) in the main house with two single beds and a bathroom (4m², with a bathtub, sink and toilet) next to the room. The room has air-conditioning.
In this room, we also have the possibility to put a baby-bed ( free of charge).
This room has direct access to the terrace in front of the finca (with swimming pool).
Apartment "Noord-Amerika"
The apartment has two identical rooms (9m²), each with 2 single beds, a bathroom (4m², with a bathtub, sink and toilet).
There is also a small living room with kitchenette (24m²) and a private terrace (45m²).
In the living room we can add a baby-bed (free of charge).
In the apartment there's wifi, but no air-conditioning.
The upper part of the finca (4 rooms - 8 persons) can be rented in its entirety in the months of march, april, may, september, october and november. In this case no breakfast will be served and the rooms aren't cleaned daily.
Prices below include water and electricity and the final cleaning. Only in case of an excessive consumption of water and / or electricity, a supplement will be charged.
Extra person (max. 1): 20 euro/person/night

Apartement in Benalmádena
We also have a spacious apartment (62 m²) for rent, 1 room, small kitchen and terrace, in the well know complex Benal Beach in Benalmádena, for a maximum of five people.
The apartment is situated in a quiet garden on the ground floor and has a limited seaview.
The complex has a (mini) waterpark, restaurant, shop, playroom, fitness, ...
Within walking distance you can find: beach (1 min), Paloma park (1 min), Selwo Marina Dolphinarium (1 min), the centre of Aroyo de la Miel (10 min), the harbour (15 min),
cable car (15 min), Tivoli amusement park 15 min), ...
In the apartment you'll find bedsheets and towels. There's also air conditioning in the room and living room.

Payment
Your booking is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the amount, has been paid .
If you wish to cancel the booking, you can do this free of charge, until 4 weeks before your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks before your stay, you get half the deposit back. In case of a later cancellation, you will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
